The workshop on various joinery techniques was held tonight at the workshop of Brant Fries and many thanks to him for hosting it. The purpose of the meeting was to overview the various ways you can join two boards. Among those techniques demo'd was the biscuit, mortise and tenon, Leigh MFT, Leigh Dovetail jig, tablesaw tenon jig, Festool Domino and the box joint.
Great discussion and everyone had a good time.

Jay

Bunch of new faces there. (to me at least) Cool!

Dave, that's really good of you to occasionally open your shop for the club.

Chris, the Joinery Demo was at Brant Fries shop. Dave Z hosted the Wood Prep Demo and the Veneer Hands-On Workshop at his shop.
