Hello All,
I have a question about plywood. Actually more or less where to get plywood. I know we do orders every now and then but i have a few projects coming up that are just shop projects. So i don't need high quality grade for this as some will be a work bench. But i would like hardwood plywood either 1/2" or 3/4" full sheets. Is there anywhere local (other than the box stores) i can get close to 15 sheets.

Thank You
Erik

I order from Toledo Plywood. They deliver to the Ann Arbor area every other Wednesday. There is no charge for delivery, but there is a minimum $350 order.
I've tried to buy plywood from Fingerle in a pinch & found their quality to be unacceptably low. If I just need a sheet or two, Burt's Forest Products are my go to. They have beautiful stuff & the prices reflect that. Also they are not super happy about selling to the public.
Since moving here I have found Ann Arbor to be a materials void.

I have gone to Toledo Plywood in the past. I also go because there is a Chick-Fil-A in Toledo.

Not really local to you but I use Drayton Plywood in Waterford. The material is always good quality, they stock prefinished which I like to use and selling to the public is not an issue there.

Anyone ever try these guys in Livonia?

I've considered taking a look from time to time but usually come out cheaper repurposing old furniture than building shop fixtures from scratch.

I just ordered from Toledo Plywood for Delivery to Ann Arbor. It was 45 dollars delivery. However, when you get it delivered you do not pay sales tax so there is a touch of savings there.
They have a large selection and always friendly.

Tim, that place you posted about is two doors down from my business in Livonia. It's like a revolving door they sell so much they get a semi about 3x a week! I have no idea where it come from or where it goes but they are busy!
